“The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only one desk chair in room. Big open space where comfortable chair should have been. Unable to get into courtyard. Doors locked. Very big hotel and had to walk a mile to get ice. Parking lot blocked off and no signage or direction where to park when arrived. “New hotel, very clean, great amenities and the friendliest staff. I highly recommend it.”

“We found that the bathroom, while clean, didn’t have the amenities we have found in other Hampton Inns. The toilet paper holder was not very conveniently placed and we ended up putting the roll on the counter. Breakfast, while there were plenty of options, had issues. The omelettes seemed fake and the waffle maker was a challenge to use. More time was spent trying to peel the waffle off the cooking plates. “Poor communication for our room was only contacted by email , they didn’t call about my reservation. Room was unavailable upon arrival. I cannot answer emails while driving on a trip why wasn’t I notified with a phone call it’s 2026 ?”

“Parking lot next to the hotel was being torn up with heavy equipment starting at 10 pm right outside our window. Since it wasn’t looking like it was going to stop, at 1:30 am we requested and got switched to another room. Enjoyed the breakfast.”

“There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained. Never again.”
