“The signage for the property was very difficult to locate. The sign measuures approximately 18 inches tall by 24 inches wide and was not lite for the midnight arrival. It is located behind a warehouse building and another hotel so the Ctual building was also very hard to locate”

“Easy check in, always love the suite rooms because it makes it feel like an apartment. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned very well. I like to unpack and use the drawers as if I was home. There were random pills in the night stand drawers, one on the floor by the same night stand. The other one, I had to pull out to plug in my Cpap machine into the wall and there was a candy bar on the floor. There were toe nail clippings on the floor near the foot of the bed and by the couch so clearly it...

“We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”

“Room was clean. Settled in room then noted TV did not work, reported this said maintenance could come in am or we could change rooms. We opted to stay in room. TV was fixed next day. Staff were respectful and assisted as indicated, offered another room if TV could not be fixed. (Satellite feed issue) Didn’t particularly like room set up with sink at entrance to room, not in bathroom /shower. Breakfast available.”
