“We stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sault Ste. Marie and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It felt modern and comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of space to spread out after a long day of traveling. “I stayed in a beautiful king room with a desk and lounge area. I also utilize the harmony room to run a two day workshop. Our lunch provided by the hotel was very good and the staff was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.”

“Absolutely disgusting. Food under one bed and used towels as well as hairs, looked like pubic, in the bed. Transfered to another room where it was about the same but with an added dildo under the bed. Left immediately. Stay away.”

“This place seems recently renovated and is a comfortable place for a road trip stop! The room was neat and clean with a few more personal touches and amenities in the room than you expect from a lower cost roadside motel. Overall a lovely stay.”

“While we did like the location, the cabin we stayed in needed a good cleaning. we never realized until we went to bed that the sheets hadn’t been changed. The office was closed so we just used our sleeping bags as we have them along with us. I wanted to talk with the front desk person when we left but the office was closed again, so never got a chance to. We have stayed in many motels on our cross Canada trip. The price for the night was about $50 more than we’ve paid for much nicer...
