“Amazing host and extremely well stocked - kitchen had every appliance imaginable, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Loved the binder full of local tourism knowledge and instruction manuals. Whoever cleans the house did a great job. However, the house was in pretty bad shape, literally. Not disrepair, but because it’s so old, everything is a bit jenky. “I am a native from the area and when there are family functions going on my husband and I LOVE staying at the Lodge!! We are only 1hr 15min away but its such a nice home away from home and always so welcoming!! The guy at the front desk we dealt with during our stay was A++++.. keep him forever and give him a raise bc he is FANTASTIC!! Hope to see him next time we check in!! If your looking at reviews...
