“I booked a 3 night stay for me and my daughter. After paying close to $900, I had much higher expectations than what we experienced. “Very poor experience. Not sure what other rooms were like at this facility but ours looked nothing like the photos online. Our non smoking room smelled heavily of stale smoke. The room was dirty and run down. Stains under the mattress (checked for bed bugs) and broken electrical outlet. No remote for the TV. Breakfast offered very few options. Friendly staff was only positive I can share about this experience.”

“When I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. ”

“The rooms seem old or dated. The bathroom is tiny! The bathroom was clean until long dark hairs appeared during shower! They seemed to be attached to bottom of shower curtain!!
The A/C unit was kind of noisy when it came on. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.”

“Very comfortable bed which was surprising to me because I personally have long-term chronic spinal pain from an injury and multiple spinal surgeries. I slept well and awoke fully rested. My traveling companion said the same about the bed she slept on. Also, the room was quiet and there was no problem with getting hot water for our showers.
Highly recommend this property.
Hotel Denim was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found no problems anywhere.”
