“Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. “We were travelling From Canada, when we were looking on Expedia for a place to stay close by where we need to do some sightseeing, we came across this motel and originally it said it had a pool as I was travelling with my little kids and it was they’re first time being in the states, when I checked in there’s no pool, so I was trying to cancel but said I had to pay a full night stay which sucks so we ended up staying. “My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

“The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”
