Bring the whole family and some friends to relax in this Upstate Mountain retreat just up the street from The Great Sacandaga Lake. This peaceful, spacious home is sure to bring the family together for some quality time. With a beautiful gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and acres of privacy to explore in the summer, this retreat is perfect any time of the year. A quick 30 minute drive from Saratoga Springs, and about 3.5 hours from Boston or NYC, it's easy to escape into nature. The stunning "see-through" fireplace will be the first thing you notice when you walk through the door. The large inviting living room, kitchen and dining room have a great flow, allowing for large groups to comfortably enjoy the space. On the main level you will find two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom, and one half bath. Upstairs is a nice loft area with a futon, a beautiful master bedroom and bath, and a fun "bunk room" with eight twin beds. The walkout basement has arcade games, darts, a pool table, smart TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Off the dining room is a great deck to enjoy with two firepits (one propane, and one wood burning), a propane grill, and lots of seating. Our home is about 1.5 miles from The Great Sacandaga Lake. Take a trip to one of the many parks around the lake to enjoy a day at the beach. Or get out on the water by renting a pontoon from Edinburg Marina a quick 10 minute drive away. We are about 45 minutes from downtown Lake George, 30 minutes from Downtown Saratoga Springs (about 40 minutes from the track) and 1 hour from Gore Mountain. Our home is on hundreds of miles of snowmobiling trails and 43 private acres. It is a beautiful place to bring friends and family together for true quality time.
