“Clean and beautiful”

“There’s nothing I can say about this hotel that I even came close to liking about it. Edges of the carpet they were pulled up and there were bugs crawling. My bedding was filthy stained. I barely had any sheets or blankets on my bed. They were stains on the wall. The toilet seat was falling off. The air vent has no circulation in the bathroom and was disgustingly dirty on top of that a piece of wood trim from above a sliding glass door fell and hit my daughter in the eye, and she has a black...

“Reservation stated: 3 adults but there were only two towels. We had to go back downstairs and get another one, after arriving rather late. Keurig in the room would be a nice touch if there something other than tea to put in it. The shower in the room (handicapped accessible room) was terribly designed. Every time anyone would shower, the whole bathroom would flood. Not fun.”

“Bodde en natt på detta hotell, relativt stort rum med bra säng och begränsad men gratis frukost. Nära IKEA, Woodfield mall och Schaumburg Convention center. Korridorer, rum och hissar är i behov av renovering.”
