“This hotel has a great location close to shops and restaurants, and the view of the golf course out our window was beautiful and well landscaped. All of the staff we interacted with were wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and we enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools during our stay. However, considering you are charged a daily resort fee, I was surprised the pool area was not kept cleaner. There was debris in the pools that should have been skimmed, and a lot of paint chipping...

“The hotel interior is pretty rundown. The restaurants and breakfast is fantastiskt as thestaffs are nice and friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed too. Location is perfect if you are going to exhibition ”

“Elevators were malfunctioning constantly. I got stuck in one briefly. The open buttons weren’t working and one man almost got his arm stuck. Rooms a little outdated/dingy. Key card stopped working and had to get a new one. Staff was great! The lobby/communal areas were very nice.”

“When checking in I waited 1.5 hours. None of the staff explained to us why we were waiting. Once we were in the process of checking in the staff asked for my card with no explanation. Did not know that there was a fee for parking until looking at my receipt. We then got to our room and realized our room was downgraded without any notice. We were supposed to have a King with a couch, but got two double beds. In the room, the fridge did not work properly unless the cabinet door was kept wide open....

“If it wasn’t for the fantastic staff & super nice shower pressure/temperature I would have left. Came in for a move in visit to help college son, first issue was the facility has ZERO Parking. Zero!! You have to park offsite in the parking garage from hell 2-3 blocks away. Second issue, computers were down, so couldn’t check in, ok, free beers in the bar (who am I to say no), second rooms ready on 3rd floor, but elevators are inop, so you can ride with staff in service elevators, or walk up the...
