“Too many shortfalls to list, but bathroom shower & (poorly refinished tub) had no shelves for soap, etc. bathroom sink drain clogged. Patrick at front desk was a wise-ass. No phone to call front desk from in room, had to use cellphone to ask Patrick why my room had not been made up for second day at 3:45 pm. Patrick had specifically asked the night before when the room should be made up, after asking me IF I wanted it made up at all. I had told him that anytime after 9:00 am.

“Decent hotel in a location with a lot of restaurants.
Probably used mostly by business travellers. Ok pool with horrible acoustics in the pool room.
American breakfast with mostly carbs and barely anything fresh.”
“It was run down, dirty, and in complete disrepair. I have very realistic expectations for budget price hotels but I couldn’t even bring myself to take my shoes off or sit on the bed. We didn’t even stay the night that we pre-paid.”

The place was very clean and exactly how it showed on the pictures! The host was awesome and replied to my questions in a timely manner! Very happy with my stay ”
“Beds were very uncomfotable. Had to have someone come in and flip the mattress. Took for ever.. Ac unit way to close to the bed. Swimming pool, we all got some kind of infection from the pool. Pink eye, or a bacterial infection. Not happy about that. We all had to go to emergency care. We won't be coming back. The carpets need to be cleaned in the rooms.”
