“My room was hot I went down to ask front desk and they gave me a portable fan. Main lobby felt very comfortable and my room was hot. I asked if someone could come by later to check the ac. Response was yes but no one came by.”

“Pool was a dump! Same trash from 4:30pm was there at 8pm and still wasnt cleaned up when the pool was closed at 10pm!
Fyi- use your $10 food and beverage voucher the day you check in or lose it! They dont tell you this!
Beverage cooler in king rooms doesnt get cold
Early check in is an editional $50 and is at 1pm if granted and they dont tell you that either!”

“Second stay and this was even better. We had a room on 4th floor and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is outstanding. WiFi is fast. Only issue is that door to bathroom does not close which does not give any privacy. We can definitely recommend and we’ll stay again if in Austin. ”

“Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue.
When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional.
