“All clean and had all I needed”

“Very friendly and clean. You needed a small step ladder to get in to the bed”

“Rooms could use a little love (chipped paint, torn screens, etc) comfy bed and clean but decor a bit tired. Price was good and breakfast better than we expected. ”

“Guest rooms and area are a bit dated. The staff is wonderful and attentive which makes up for this. The bar and bartender are a central meeting spot however dinner at the restaurant leaves a bit to be desired. That said it is a solid hotel and I will stay there again.”

“I was having a difficult time sleeping and went for a walk around midnight. When I returned, my key card did not work. Ok, not a big deal. I went around to the front desk, and waited for over 20 minutes without an employee around. I had to wake my wife to let me in. I understand situations like the key card happen, but to not have any staff working the front desk is a bit over the top...”

“We had two different rooms with broken security features - in one, the lock had been knocked off the wall (looked like the door was kicked in from the hallway), and in the second the peephole was MISSING from the door. There was just an open hole that you easily see into the room. No thanks. ”

“Lots of construction occurring around the property. No close restaurants otherwise a good location.”

“I love staying at this property due to the cleanliness and quietness. I always stay here when visiting Omaha. ”

“The beds were comfortable. The carpet looks bad and should be replaced. Cleaning in the bathroom ( especially behind doors and in corners) should be looked at, but that’s something we typically see in hotels though. ”
