“Booked 2 rooms. Upon arrival, rooms were found to be in very rough shape. Dingy and very run down. Worn out walls, floors and surfaces. Bathroom was disgusting. We were afraid that the bedbugs & roaches would disturb our sleep, so we immediately requested a refund and went to a nicer and cheaper Holiday Inn.
This is fine for perhaps a single guy, but not suitable for women or children.
Attn HUSBANDS; Do NOT book here!! Your wife will be pissed!”

“The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the place felt quite run-down. It was fairly clean overall, but there were some dirty spots, for example, there were food leftovers inside the refrigerator.
The biggest downside was the noise level. When I was lying in bed, it sounded like the people outside were standing right next to me, even late in the evening. Around 10 PM, they started cleaning and vacuuming outside, which was quite disturbing.

“I had to go to the store for toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The phone was completely broken so I couldn’t call the front desk. The remote was also missing so i couldn’t use the tv- but it wouldn’t turn on either so the remote wouldn’t have worked either.
I also had people knocking on my door throughout the night so I felt very uncomfortable.
I called from my cell phone and no one answered at the front desk.”

“Overall it was typical hotel. My room near the bathroom sink stunk of sewer and the outside hall reeked of musty mold. The bathroom had mold coming back through the paint telling me they cover up mold instead of properly cleaning it. There was either kids running upstairs halls and doors slamming well past midnight. Only gave 2 bath towels when 4 is customary. No laundry bag was available either. Free bre”
