“Loved the hotel and service they provided. There was a shuttle to the airport which we used everyday.”

“Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...

“I stay here often when flying in and out of Rochester! Can’t beat it for convenience as it is a short level walk from the Terminal. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The service is top notch! ”

“2 adults, 2 teenagers stayed in this hotel 1 night. Staff very welcoming and we felt that this hotel had more of the personal touch than others we stayed in.We were given a bigger room with an extra bed which was most appreciated. Breakfast better than average and with real plates and cutlery. ”
