âPool was comfortable but no towels available or no bar for drinks and food pool side. Checked in Friday and checked out Monday morning. My room was never cleaned once. Had 2 spa treatments booked for 9am, told to be there at 8:30a but the spa didnât open until almost 9am. I couldâve slept in a bit longer since i was a bit tired. Spa treatment was good but not the best Iâve been to. Overall the property was good but lacked access to some basic amenities, however, what it lacked in convenience it...
