“The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund.”

“The property was clean and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The facility is rather dated. The security lock in our door had been ripped off and not repaired. Overall, I think it is a good place to stay. The location is convenient to several Louisville attractions. Room prices are economical. Bed was extremely comfortable!”

“Great stay for the price”

“This place is a dump and the staff doesn’t have an ounce professionalism in them. I would find another hotel to stay at, if you are in the Louisville area, because you will certainly regret staying here. They also have this looney tune lady that I think lives on the property that gets involved in things she shouldn’t and she also monopolizes the washer and dryer on the property. I’m almost positive she lives on the property because she is pals with the poorly trained, and unprofessional...

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

“Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future.”

“Fabulous room. Dismal breakfast. During check-in,the clerk excited to surprise us with a parking fee. We had Ubered from the airport.”

“Brand new hotel. We loved the room layout with the small kitchenette although we didn't need it for this trip. Easy to get to. Several restaurants close by for easy eating.”

“I'm just about 50% sure that I 100% underwent discrimination .”

“Trevliga ägare som står och lagar frukosten man vill ha!”

“I've stayed at this property multiple times and always had a great experience. Hot breakfast was good plus a large selection of other food. The staff was very friendly and truly wanted to make my stay a wonderful experience. My room was very clean and a good supply of towels. The pool was down at the moment but gave us a pass to go across the street to a hospital owned gym and pools which was great, so it wasn't an inconvenience. There was ample parking and well lit. I also wanted to give a...

“Very clean / helpful and accommodating staff / excellent restaurant”

“Good American breakfast with warm and cold food. Big room with kitchenette, nice gym, free parking and close to airport and some restaurants. ”

“The host was very attentive and understanding.”

“I can’t stop raving about this place! From the views to cleanliness to the convenience in location. This is my new favorite hotel & will be my go to every time I’m in town! For SURE!”
