“From arriving to departing the customer service from the staff was amazing. The rooftop bar and restaurant provides a gorgeous view of Downtown Palm Beach and Palm Island. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. ”

“Everyone was very great and it was clean place. Just only issue i had was the jacuzzi jets. They dont work properly and just make bubbles instead of being a strong jet you can use on your back. Otherwise, thank you for the stay ”

“Pretty good hotel near the airport in West Palm Beach. Location is close to airport and city but is noisy as the airplanes go just above the hotel. Felt pretty safe. The rooms are out dated and the furnitures and beds are worn out. Cleaning in bathroom was not good. Lady at breakfast was nice. Hotel staff at check in and check at was not good. They did not seems to be service friendly and did not say goodbye at check out. Pets are allowed in all hotel rooms which I don't think is good. Better...
