“Some of the staff were very service-oriented. We had an issue with the coffee machine, but they replaced it quickly. The fire alarm also malfunctioned in the morning, but they promptly fixed that too when we requested it. The beds were a bit narrower than we would have preferred, and breakfast is not included. The parking is convenient but costs extra. Stamford is expensive compared to other places, so you get more for your money elsewhere, but it was safe, clean, and overall a good experience.”

“It's taken me 30 years to stay at this hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay. This is a gem of a hotel, romantic, cute, and so well located. My 2 queen bed room was very large on the first floor with a bathtub, which was most appreciated. The staff was very nice. A wonderful stay. ”
