Entering through a utility/ boot room into the kitchen/diner, a glazed door and step leads into the sitting room with a large feature fireplace, wood burner and a further glazed rear door onto a paved terrace, overlooking your secluded lawned garden.

The spacious master bedroom is on a mezzanine, with 5’ king size bed and original, vaulted pine beams and floorboards.

A bathroom (rain-head shower over bath) and a further bedroom with a 4’ double bed (sloping ceiling towards the window slightly reducing the head-height) both lead off the master bedroom.
