  • Completely renovated and extremely clean duplex. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including refrigerator with water and ice in door, dishwasher, center island with seating, microwave and gas stove. Half bath on main floor with full size washer and dryer. Living room with 50" internet-connected TV. Dining room with seating for 6. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: master with queen size mattress, one with a full size mattress, and one with a twin bed with trundle. Upstairs bath contains a large walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen was essential for managing our dietary restrictions, and having ice and water in the door was a fantastic bonus. It was exactly what we needed for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay.Wagging tails and puppy greetings made every arrival even more special.

Linda was so nice and helpful! We stayed 3 nights and the property was great for my family. My grandkids loved her furbabies greeting us. We loved the convenience of a pizza restaurant RIGHT across the street. Dunkin donuts was only 1/4 mile down the road. We didn't cook while there as we had family in the area but Linda provided a nicely furnished kitchen. The walk in shower was a huge plus for my 87 year old mother. We would definitely stay again for future family visits Thanks Linda for being a great host!

Place was decent. Had everything we needed. It is definitely an older house. Owner lives on-site with dogs. We mostly used the front entrance to avoid the dogs as they did like to jump on us. There is alot of traffic and it's very loud as the house is close to the road. There is an outside porch, it was dirty so we just had to wear shoes. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The stairs are quite steep, but there is a railing to help. Three of us have knee issues and it was fine.

A Great House in a Great Location

The house is exactly as described in the description. Very clean and quiet. Being across the street from a delicious pizza place was a nice bonus. Plenty of room to eat and hang out and relax with friends.Staying here instead of a hotel is a no-brainer.

Great communication, good location across from a pizza restaurant, check in was easy, 13 min to the casino if you like that, bedrooms & bathrooms upstairs have slanted ceilings.

Great weekend away

We booked this to celebrate a birthday weekend. The place was nice and had plenty of room for a small group of friends. The owner was very friendly and had adorable dogs. The location was perfect for what we needed.

Affordable and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay! The place was right off the highway and convenient to stores and casinos!! Very steep stairs access the bedrooms, and the ceilings on the upper level are slanted.

Casino Trip

This property is perfect for a family stay and close to the casino which we went to. Everything was clean and described wonderfully. Off street parking which was nice as well. Host was very communicative and responded quickly.

Birthday weekend

The house is perfectly situated next to the highway, 7/11, Dunkin and was such an easy drive to the casinos. The beds were comfortable, with a large kitchen. It’s a perfect house for a great weekend getaway with family/friends. Highly recommend! And a big plus were the dogs next door!

Affordable

It was great to have our own bedrooms while visiting CT for a wedding. Driveway was a bit tricky to find at night and in the rain.

Family visit

The house was cute and comfortable for our stay. The beds were comfortable , Linda is in property , friendly. And helpful. The house looks just like the pictures. Linda has 2 super cute and friendly dogs. The location is right off the freeway with easy access to the surrounding area.

Perfect space for friendly get together

The stay was comfortable and just as listed. Manager of property was friendly and the check in process was very easy. Only reason for one star off the neighborhood is the club/bar on the other side of the street had some loud patrons at late hours, no fault of the property owner but did make sleep a little more difficult. Overall a wonderful stay though.

Family Visit

We were visiting family in the area and this property was very close to the main highway (395). The owner was very friendly and accommodating considering we did not arrive until 3:30am.
