Location
Located within the peaceful village of Buxton, Norfolk, Sunnymeade is well connected to the local area via bus routes. For further travel, a car is recommended and is made possible with the plentiful on site-parking. There are also plenty of walking and cycling trails in the local area, and attractions like the Bure Valley Railway are just a few minutes drive away.

House Rules

Damage Deposit
A £400 damage deposit is required. this will be charged 2 days before check-in and automatically refunded 3 days after your stay, provided there’s no damage to the property.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a security deposit of £400. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

- Hot tub use is at your own risk; no glass in or near the hot tub area

- Please report any breakages or maintenance issues as soon as possible
