An ideal bed, breakfast and evening meal break!
The best thing about the stay has to be the food- It was excellent. The room we stayed in (not one of the newer ones) was really small and was fine for one night, it woukd have been too small for any longer. The sun was shining so we were able to sit outside in the beer garden, but it would have been a pain if this was full of restaurant guests - an outside room patio or garden would be ideal. I would recommend but just for a one night stay and meal package.

There is nothing to dislike about The Ingham Swan restaurant or rooms. Be aware that for people with difficulty walking, there are large, single steps down to the restaurant area.

Perfect and will revisit
Stayed a few times at the Ingham Swan but first time in the cottages. Lovely room, service and food and can’t fault anything! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Smart pub and rooms
Comfortable room and delicious dinner and breakfast. Dinner menu is good value so you get a lot for the voucher. Staff were friendly. Decor in room and restaurant were tasteful and clean and modern but retaining classical style. A great base for a weekend in the Broads!

Small room but excellent brealfast
The room was well appointed, clean and everything was in reasonable condition. However, it was small with a sloping roof. Perhaps we should have looked more carefully at the photos and description. The breakfast was excellent.

Even thou I did want somewhere more closer to Norwich city centre I have to say that this place was truly wonderful. Great food Excellent rooms which where very comfortable. Also the breakfast was amazing

Two overnights in Norfolk
Two overnights on a trip around East Anglia. Very clean room, but no wardrobe, just a row of hooks on the wall. Also, could not check in until 6.00pm. Food was excellent and we could not fault it.

Lovely place, fab food but uncomfortable bed!
Lovely area, fantastic food, rooms lovely however the bed gave both of us stiff necks after 2 nights, need better mattresses & pillows.

Excellent decor
Very fresh and clean accomodation. Good facilities and a lovely restaurant to go with it. One negative of the room is there is insufficient mirrors in the bedroom, just a small one on the table.

The room was wonderful - a modern top-class bedroom suite! As for the food, dinner was a really gourmet affair and breakfast gave a whole new meaning to Full English, the best I have ever tasted.

Night at the Inn
The 'hotel' is an outhouse adjacent to the resaurant/pub. Both beautifully presented and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable in size for 1 maybe 2 nights. Well looked after and newly refurbished. The pub is easy to find and doesn't take that long, 25ish mins, to get from Norwich centre. We didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening, which is mainly what these rooms are used for; however, we did have a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall - cannot moan. Boom direct though for a better price ;P

Perfect quaint rooms finished to a very high modern standard. adjoining pub / restaurant serves some of the best food I have had with equally good breakfast. Perfect place for a couples getaway

Great Food, but...
Excellent Breakfasts & evening meals. The 4 rooms are minimalistic, all in one small converted building but have very little space for clothes. Just a few hooks & hangers, no wardrobe. The bedside shelves are very small & just a shelf cabinet with the Tea/coffee tray on top, nowhere else to put things down. The 2 upper rooms have limited headroom & very small but efficient showers. Room 1 was about the best, one of the others very small. But everywhere was very clean and the staff helpful & friendly.

Great place to stay
This has to be an undiscovered gem. Everything was great about the Swan. Staff were more than helpful and chatty, room was excellent, meal at the Swan in the evening exceptional for the money, breakfast is fresh cooked and filling. Cannot praise them enough, and wish them all the best in this venture.

Try the restaurant, it's amazing!
The room was very nicely decorated (it's been recently refurbished). It was a little strange not to have a wardrobe but there is somewhere to hang your clothes. Other than that, I cannot fault it. A great location; beautiful countryside, near to the beach, where we saw seals and not far from Norwich. However, by far the best bit was the food in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious and the evening meals were just lovely. They have a very reasonable menu de jour to choose from if you are on more of a budet. The service was very good as well. Overall I would definitely go back and would certainly recommend it to a friend.

The room was lovely but unfortunately the staff are only available when the restaurant is open 6pm-11pm so if you have any issues with the room etc. you have to leave a voice message.

Very nice staff
Apart from the rubbish problem, this was a very pleasant stay. The food was absolutely lovely. We had a chat to the chef and the manager. They were both most interesting people, young and enthusiastic about their chosen role. Food was well cooked and tasty. Would go again. Good value.

Great location.
Beautiful location..peaceful countryside. The evening meal was good and well presented and the breakfast amazing! What let our experience down was lack of atmosphere at the inn. Waiting staff were just doing their job and it was hard to get into conversation(although we did try hard!) The room in the stable block was great. Very comfortable bed and we liked the rustic feel. Excellent spot for touring around Norfolk..would recommend!
