Studio Kahale is ideally located just steps from Nosara’s best surf, restaurants, and local shops—making it perfect for travelers who prefer to explore on foot. With mini markets, yoga studios, and beach access all nearby, you won’t need a car to enjoy your stay. Please note that the studio is adjacent to a bar that hosts weekly events, so some noise may be heard until 10 p.m.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
