The Property

Arrive in style via the gated entrance, where a waterfall greets you along the paved drive. At the top, Villa Enlightened reveals itself as a modern oasis above the canopy, designed to maximize both views and connection to nature. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls, polished concrete floors, and teak ceilings create a minimalist yet warm aesthetic that frames the beauty outside.

Every detail was thoughtfully planned by owner Jennifer Hansen in collaboration with award-winning architect Donald Loria of Prendas Loria and Garza Construction. The result is spectacular: a property that elevates Nosara’s natural beauty with world-class design.

Indoor-Outdoor Living

The main floor features an open-concept living and dining space with a chef’s kitchen outfitted with GE Monogram appliances, KitchenAid mixer, and everything needed for gourmet cooking. A whole-house UV water filtration system ensures drinkable water throughout.

Fleetwood sliding glass walls open to the expansive terrace, where an infinity pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall takes center stage. Outdoor dining includes a Guanacaste table for 12, hanging chairs and beds, and a full BBQ kitchen. A rooftop succulent garden with fire pit, hammock pergola, and multiple lounge zones create endless spaces to relax and connect.

Bedrooms and Suites

Master Suite (3rd floor): King bed, desk, motorized shades, indoor and outdoor showers, double onyx sinks, and balcony with concrete tub and panoramic views.

Mini-Master Suite: King or Twin XLs, indoor and outdoor showers, balcony with herb garden and ocean views.

Two Additional Bedrooms: Each with ensuite baths (one with outdoor shower). Flexible bedding as King or Twin XLs.

Main Floor Bedroom: Opens to terrace, with adjacent bathroom.

Casita: Independent guesthouse with 2 bedrooms (King plus King/Twin XLs), full kitchen, terrace, and laundry.

Ride the glass elevator up to the 4th floor yoga deck, designed for up to 16 guests with teak flooring, ceiling fans, Manduka mats, cork blocks, bolsters, and straps.
