âI liked everything,the room was clean except there was an odor, maybe the cleaning products that was used..Room was a bit small, overall it was good. Also not much restaurant to eat..â
âThe hotel was quiet and comfortable. The location was very walkable to all of the shopping, dining and scenery Montreal has to offer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. â
âMy stay at Grey Nuns Residence was superb. I had my own bath and a mini fridge in the room. The dorm style accomodation suited my well, since I am living that way normally. The people working the front desk were always helpful and cheery.
Just note that there is no AC in the rooms, which is stated in the description, so if you are bothered by that or by noise (I had my window open at all times, facing the busy Rue Guy), remember to bring ear plugs. I didn't hear much of other residents. Good...

"OmrÄdet var helt ok med gÄngavstÄnd till bra restauranger och butiker. AC fungerade dÄligt och vÀsnades en hel del. Dushen fungerade dÄligt med varierande tempratur och vattentryck utan att man rörde reglagen.

"Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they donât let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack of drains."
