1 The Green Àr en hÀrlig 4 bed-roomed stuga i byn Muston i Vale of Belvoir (uttalas "Beever").

Huset Àr egentligen tvÄ gÄrd stugor gÄtt samman för att göra en villa med fyra sovrum med gas centralvÀrme. Huset Àr nyligen renoverad i en sympatisk stil med naturliga ekologiska fÀrg, och Àr inredda med antika bitar att passa huset. Det finns ett stort utbud av glas, porslin och linne. Det finns ett stort kök med elektrisk spis, mikrovÄgsugn, kyl, frys, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, ett stort sitting- rum med TV och öppen spis och en elegant separat salen / studie.

Det finns tvÄ dubbelrum med dubbelsÀngar och tvÄ enkelrum. Det finns ett badrum, duschrum och en nere garderob. Utanför finns Utanför finns en stor grÀsmatta och baktill en uteplats trÀdgÄrd. En liten vintertrÀdgÄrd fungerar som en cykelförrÄd, promenader redskap och trÀdgÄrdsmöbler.

On the edge of a small village. Nice restaurant called the Gap on the edge of the village off A52.Close to Grantham. All mod cons available. Room for 6 and the village has a nice playground. Bottesford is very close for grocery shopping. Would stay here again.

Lovely area to stay in.

Perfect for dog walking! We stayed for 2 months whilst waiting for our house purchase to finalise. It’s a quirky house and has lots of character. We enjoyed our stay thank you.

Lovely Stay

Lovely cottage which had everything we needed for our week stay. Quiet village with fabulous canal walks. Parc just around the corner which the kids loved and plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas. Thank you for a lovely stay

Home from home

We had a lovely stay with our 2 dogs. The house was well equipt, clean and homely. There were plenty of places to walk the dogs. The owner was really great in terms of responding to communications. Had a wonderful stay. Would defiantly stay again.

Beat property we have stayed in.

The cottage is situated in a peaceful rural environment yet just a minute or two's drive from the A52 with easy access to Grantham, Nottingham and beyond. The cottage itself is spacious and homely with every facility you could wish for. We loved it. Lynn has thought of everything and likes to communicate personally to ensure her guests are fully briefed about the cottage, its history and the local area. Fabulous!

Great start to the new year

We booked the cottage to bring in the new year,how glad we were to book with Lynn,from the first booking enquiry to leaving the property everything was superb,everything you need for your stay is in the cottage. There are plenty of walks to go on,local pub(restaurant )is 10/15 mins walk,just make sure you have the bulk of your food/drink when you go in,there are no big supermarkets nearby(nearest is about 5 miles).Wouldn't hesitate to book with Lynn again.

Good stay

We are 3 seniors we stayed for one week. Everything was as it should be except the shower cubicle. We did not use it because the sliding doors were not safe and appeared to be falling off. This was not a problem for us as we had a hand held shower over the bath. This is only a small problem and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the stay overall. Thank you for an opportunity to stay in your comfortable home
