Previously this was not the case but we are now delighted to confirm this has now changed.The lift was out of order due to a guest misusing the lift. Naturally this was out of our control and unforeseen. The lift has been back and working many weeks ago but we do apologise this was not the case when you stayed with us prior to this fix taking place.We are located in the city centre and surrounded by bars and nightlife all around the hotel. Naturally we are unable to control the external noise from neighbouring businesses.Within each room a second set of towels can be found within the wardrive of the room. Our reception team are always available to provide more should any further towels be required.We do have a variety of room grades. I am sorry to hear the room grade you chose to book was our City Pad which is the smallest of our room grades. I can also see you were provided with a complimentary upgrade to the next room size above. The Standard King you received is still one of our smaller room grades but not as small as the one you had reserved. I highly recommend booking a larger room grade should size be of importance.
