“Food and the service level are really bad. Tried to order room service twice, they told me they are very busy and will call back which never happened, so we gave up. Booked the Japanese restaurant one night, when we arrived they told us there is no table available (luckily, since the place looks really awful). Plenty of options nearby 5mins from the hotel. “We absolutely loved our stay we had the best time at the resort only thing I would recommend to improve on is more dining options. We don’t have big dinners and the really only option was 90$ buffet which seemed excessive. More dining options that are not at the bar and served cold would really improve the amazing experience we had! ”
