You can park right outside the door. No lugging your bags all over, no loud people up and down the hall. It's like your own little "Tiny house"

âVery clean, nostalgic feel and friendly. Close to town but not in town. The gardens are great for an evening stroll, glass of wine or just to visit with friends. I would definitely stay there again. The free breakfast is minimal, but still free, no complaints here at all. â

âWhat a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.â
âBest price for the area that I found when I went. Convenient to find. With walking distance of a Safeway for shopping. Relatively clean and very comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge, which helped with my meal planning for road trip. Front desk personnel were polite and easy. Would recommend. â
