The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!

âLovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo⊠a minor detail though.
Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon loversâŠ. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! â

"It was a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kampala. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 3 nights in our large King's size bedroom that was as big as a whole apartment, with two seperate bathrooms so that me and my girls could take care of our businneses privately. The bed was soft and comfy, the AC worked well, and it's good noice isolation in the room. The breakfast buffet and the dinner menu at the hotel was tasty, good quality and affordable. We haven't had the time to check out the pool during the stay. We also got breakfast for our check -out that we ate in the car for the trip to our safari journey. The personnel was kind and very helpful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for us both."
