âSophy is a beautiful hotel - our room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. My only criticism is that the restaurant closed at 9:30pm and the bar closed at 9:45pm which seemed very early on a Saturday night. â
âThe room was clean and cute. It had a comfortable bed and a desk and thatâs all we really needed. The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park). We had access to street parking directly in front of the property. The shared common areas were a fun aesthetic and very tidy. Online communication with the property managers was timely and direct. We definitely enjoyed our brief stay :)â
âOur room was lovely, the bed was comfy. Lots of lighting and temperature options so we slept like a baby. The bathroom is shared with other guests, so as long as you have courteous fellows, it was a spacious, clean bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the large living area, but it was easy to check in and check out and lock ourroom door as each room has its own key. Thank you!â

Lite för stark parfym/rumsdoft i pool och tillhörande omrÄde.

âIf you are wanting a cheap motel for the night, this is it. Just keep in mind that itâs cheap for a reason. Upon arrival, we noticed a used needle/syringe on the ground. The sheets of the bed were stained so we had to ask for new ones. The shower leaked, there was no mini fridge/kitchenette, no lamps or additional lighting. Not a big deal for a one night stay but maybe for longer periods. The actual place was dirty beyond repair (the stairs, the railings, the storage rooms, the roof overhang)....

âThis place is ideal for a vacation. An apartment rather than a room . Equipped with coffee maker, kettle, dish washer, laundry machine, tumbler, air conditioning etc. Very comfortable bed and the bedding was super comfortable. There was some, muffled, sound from the nearby railway, so if you are sensitive, you better bring earplugs. But the windows are very well insulated. The support is available through the app but very attentive and service minded.â

âWe had a wonderful stay! We specially enjoyed the Halloween contest between the personnel categories:-)! Pool was great, so was the breakfast! Room was great and had a kitchen! If we go to Chicago again we will definitely choose this Hotel!â

âHotel Blake is a fantastic option when staying in the Loop in downtown Chicago. Great location within the city and close proximity to all the train lines. Staff was super kind and helpful. Room was great, no complaints at all. Surprisingly good coffee available for guests each morning. Would definitely stay here again!â
