“Hotel was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and friendly. Self-parking great. Breakfast was a simple continental meal. Overall our stay was very pleasant.”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“Just needed a place to stay close to the airport and via rail station. Convenient for both. Comfortable bed and able to use the mini fridge to store foods needed for the next day. I didn’t leave the property as I arrived around 9pm and left by 6am. Wasn’t able to check out their breakfast”

“The air conditioning unit is the old-style window installed AC, extremely loud. When it is on, you cannot hear anything, let alone sleep. Fortunately this is early summer and the temperature is not very high during the night without AC. I can only imagine how awful if I came during July-August time frame. Strongly suggest be careful if you plan to save a few bucks, not worth it if you can't enjoy a good night sleep. Otherwise, staffs are very helpful and room is clean and acceptable for the...
