Dear Jenny, Thank you for your review. Please accept my sincere apologies if you did not experience our usual flawless check-in process. An ongoing training program is in place to ensure that our team can provide guests with the utmost professional service and this consistently. In conjunction with the image on our website, we do have some pictures of the resort for the guest reference when make the booking. With 350 meters of beachfront, our 15 private bales are indeed a key feature of the resort and such premium facilities are much appreciated for the extra comfort they provide. It is available with premium amenities, service and dining credit. Thanks again for your comments and they are much appreciated.
