Allt var fantastiskt och hög standard! Något missnöjda med servisen kring middagar, barnens mat tog 30 min medan våra serverades efter 15 min. Hände vid olika tillfällen. Servicen kring barerna kan också bli bättre. Frukosten var den bästa jag någonsin upplevt!

Stor resort långt från allt
Stor resort som ligger lite off. Maffigt frukostutbud. Bra Club lounge men med golv, väggar och tak i sten och avsaknad av textilier så blir det lite hårt och skramligt. Separat lugn och stillsam pool utanför loungen. Rummet och stora poolområdet var bra. Fin havsutsikt från balkongen. ...och man fick flip-flops =)

Hotell vid stranden.
Allt var ok utom att det var gamla rum som var inte renoverade efter att hilton har köpt hotellet från dåvarande Grand Nikko Nusa Dua. Det var pågånde ombyggnad i vissa byggnader eller delar av hotellet. Det var slitna trägolv, gammal inredning och massa detaljer som förstörde intrycket på rummet. Men utsnför hotellet var det perfekt. Dålig tv bild

Närhet till strand men där slutar det.
Ok hotell med närhet till privat strand men inget extra. Vad på bröllops resa men fick ingen respons för det. Gör reklam för egen buffé med olika teman varje kväll men det lever absolut inte upp till reklamen, en besvikelse. Det känns mer som ett måste än något man kan uppleva.

Vi kommer definitivt att åka tillbaka!
Ett fantastiskt hotell med otroligt trevlig personal. Låg lite avsides och man störs inte av något. Stranden var fantastiskt, men tyvärr var det röd flagg hela tiden, så vi kunde bara bada lite i strandkanten. Maten på strandrestaurangen var ganska dyr, men maten helt ok. Frukosten är nog den bästa vi ätit någonsin och då har vi rest en hel del. ALLT fanns! Hotellet är stort och alla bekvämligheter finns, men det börjar bli lite slitet. Inget man störs över dock!

Fantastiskt service och magisk strand!
Fantastiskt hotell med exceptionell service och underbar sandstrand. Maten var även helt enastående. Det enda man kan ha synpunkter på är att rummen är något gamla, dock fräscha. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka!!

april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport .

We stayed in one of the private villas and it was the best spot for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond for everything. We had mentioned it was my husbands birthday and came back to the room and found a cake inside the room for us. Breakfast was awesome and they had good dinners with shows. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful and there were many activities to do. I have a few complaints however and those are being that the bus schedule they gave us was wrong and so we had to order a taxi which cost us extra. Also the food there is 3 times what you would pay if you eat in town. I ordered food from grab and the only way to get it was to have someone take you on the golf cart to the front to pickup the food from security. For the price I paid for this place I wish they would have been able to bring my food to the door.

Super large property! The most stunning views. Rooms were large and clean. Multiple pools so it never felt over crowded. Variety of dining options which was great. Shuttle to and from Bali Collection which was great though Grab or Gojek was super cheap if times were inconvenient. Only thing I didn’t like was that we booked a family room but were situated in the furtherest wing from the pool area and kids club. I found that odd as you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room so we had to walk 5 mins soaking wet through the resort, main entrance etc with our kids and pool toys etc.

The view from our room was amazing. For the cost per night the room size was not worth it. As this resort had a low occupancy rate at this time they could have upgraded us to a bigger and better room which would have incentived us to cone back to stay.

I absolutely loved the sightings of monkeys! They never bothered us just hung out on some of the roofs or balconies. However, I did not like that security from Hilton Hotel would use slingshot to scare them away. We loved the breakfast buffet we had included, the spectacular views, the different pool options and the restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, our room was cool & clean, and the property was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also worth it with the large variety and quality of food, my wife especially enjoyed it because of the gluten free options.
