The ferry terminal, the Flying Horses Carousel, Oak Bluffs Town Beach - it's all within a half-mile stroll. This two-story home has stood on Brunswick Avenue since 1870, with a classic, covered front porch where you can relax in the afternoons. It's a wonderful location for walking to dinner, visiting the East Chop Lighthouse, and spending your days on Inkwell Beach or Joseph Sylvia State Beach.

Begin and end each day outside on the porch, which offers plentiful space for sipping morning coffee, playing board games in the afternoons, and sharing alfresco dinners with your loved ones. The interior has been thoughtfully updated with modern comforts while preserving the home's 150-year-old character. White walls and ceilings reflect the natural sunlight, two living rooms offer TVs with cable and streaming capability, and the eat-in kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Find a stacked washer/dryer for your swimsuits and towels, complimentary WiFi throughout the house, and uncluttered bedrooms to provide a restful night's sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
