Surround yourself with comfort and fresh furnishings! This is a beautiful six-year-old home that is stylishly furnished and comfortable inside and out. It includes space to both gather as a group and to spread out privately. In addition to open living room, dining room and kitchen (well stocked), the property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths (one on every floor), family room with wet bar, office, yoga/workout room (w/ mirrors and mats, no other equipment), den, two porches, deck and a back and side yard. Previous renters speak well of the amenities! If you want walking distance convenience to the Oak Bluffs ferry, beach (7-10 min walk to Inkwell Beach), restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, shops, entertainment, parks (playground, baseball, basketball, pickle ball, tennis) and the bike path and still be located in a quiet residential area overlooking the beautiful Nashawena Park, THIS IS YOUR PLACE to stay! You will love the convenience of the location as it is near entertainment, shopping, sporting, play, biking and hiking areas that you can access without a car. Or you can enjoy dining and lounging on a comfy porch (with ceiling fans)!

Book your 2026 rentals now for stays April 1st through October 15th (3-day min Apr, May, Jun, Sep, & Oct) and book Sunday-Sunday weekly rentals (Jul and Aug). Please send a message if calendar shows your desired dates are available but you are still not able to book.

Family friendly: Two 1st floor bedrooms, 1st floor bathroom with an additional handheld shower, and available shower bench; booster/highchair

Bed (includes pillows and comforters), bath and beach linens are provided.

Also, the professional cleaning fee is included for non-discounted stays of 3 or more nights; otherwise, the linen & cleaning fee is $450 for stays less than 3 nights. Cleaning includes a 10-point sanitation checklist of surfaces such as knobs/handles, switches, railing, counters, sinks, tubs, appliances, etc.

Ferry tickets to transport vehicles may be available to our renters (at cost) for select dates during the busy months (please inquiry if interested).

Please note guests typically travel to Martha's Vineyard by ferry or airplane. Tickets are required for ferry passengers and vehicles (if you decide to bring a vehicle -but a vehicle is not needed to enjoy this location). Vehicle reservation slots may fill up during peak times, so it is recommended to make ferry reservations well in advance of your travel/arrival date (walk-on passenger tickets are typically available even when vehicle reservations are not available). A relaxing oasis

The house is perfectly sized for my girlfriends’ getaway weekend, and the location really couldn’t be better. Everything is clean, beautiful and well organized. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Great stay

Really nice house, great location. Loved Tony’s market! Everything you need 2 blocks away. Walk to beach, walk to town. Loved the outdoor shower and the side porch was our hangout place. The only downside was the beds. Besides the front bedroom (which was mine) everyone complained about the bed's being noisy and/or uncomfortable. Also need some extra blankets for the beds. The kitchen was well stocked except for martini glasses! We went to take out trash and recycling and all the containers were full. We barely had room to put our stuff. We would gladly come back again!

Modern and convenient home in OB

We loved how modern this home was with plenty of space (including extra living space/rooms/bathroom in the basement; and big wrap around porch and deck) for our group. The house was a short walk from the main drag in OB, making morning walks for coffee super easy. The parking space was really appreciated for our rental car. Great stay and would stay again!

First (but not last!) vacation in Martha’s Vineyard

I HIGHLY recommend this house. It is perfectly and proximately situated to Inkwell Beach and Circuit Ave. The owner has a high degree of attention to detail and is very thoughtful, all of which shows in how the home is appointed and supplied, not to mention checking in on us during the stay. Very clean and nicely furnished, including great patio furniture for morning and evening lounging. When we return, I hope this home is available!

A beautiful home! A lovely stay!

My family had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous, newly renovated home. It is centrally located in Oak Bluffs - close to everything you need and want. The ferry and beach are a short walk away; Circuit Avenue shops and restaurants are also walking distance. My husband and I brought our three small children (3 under 3) and nanny along, and there was more than enough space for us all. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely house and location

Home was just as described we went on a girls trip.only 1 complaint with 5 women the towel supply was not good.also one lady used the downstairs pull out couch and we could not find sheets or pillows for that bed. The linen department needs upgraded as the house sleeps 8. Other then that we were really happy and enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

The property manager was very helpful and responsive - we had a few logistics questions since this was our first visit to the island. The location was a short walk to the beach, shopping, and dining. The house is up to date and well maintained. It was also stocked with every day essentials. We had a great stay!

Would Love a Repeat!

This is our third summer at the Vineyard and is by far, the best place we’ve ever stayed! This modern oasis is walking distance from both Circuit Avenue and Inkwell Beach. Our family/friends frequented the bowling alley for dinner, which was about 2 blocks away from the house. The food was AMAZING! The location was the absolute best, but the hot showers in the morning with the perfect water pressure was one of the things I looked forward to daily. I look forward to a return to this beautiful house. Much thanks to the hosts for the White Zinfandel and dark chocolate that welcomed us on the counter.

Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay. The house is beautiful. Great layout plenty of room to enjoy family time together and to get a little space when you needed some privacy. The bonus room upstairs was great for the kids to hang out in. We really enjoyed a few lazy afternoons on the porch. Everything was prefect location, house, cleanliness, kitchen, everything! Can't wait to come back.

Excellent property!

Our family (5 adults, 1child) loved this beautiful house! Highlights: the individual room AC controls, discreet labeling throughout the house so you never have to wonder about anything, the open floor plan of the first floor, spacious kitchen, & the porch was our favorite with plenty of seating for all. Plenty of seating inside as well. Easy walk to beach & to shops, etc. We loved the location & had a fantastic week! The owner immediately responded to a minor issue we had.

Stay for son's first birthday

Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our son's first birthday. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. It was also so close to the beach and to the town we were able to walk everywhere. We had an amazing time with our family and would absolutely want to come back and stay again.

Girls Trip

After months of quarantine, two friends and I decided to do a long weekend in Oak Bluffs. This house was PERFECT!! It is nicely decorated, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to the downtown area and ferry. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well done and has everything besides food that you need. The porch and deck are beautiful and although we didn’t use it, has a nice grill. We are already planning to come back and after sharing pictures with my family, they’d like to do a trip as well. Thanks for a much needed and restful stay!!

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with our close family and a few of her friends. The house was perfect for a group of 8 and had everything we needed for a fun extended weekend. The location is perfect and in close walking distance to downtown and the ferry so depending upon your plans, a car isn’t even needed. A must see is the Island Alpaca farm just 3 miles from the house. Of course the town and Inkwell beaches are also very close as are all the shops and many restaurants as well as a smaller grocery store. The 2 grills allowed us to barbecue and the ample seating around the porch was so relaxing and peaceful. This is a great house with everything you need for a visit to MV!!
