New house near Lake Erie with easy access to the Islands.

Large newer home with rec room, (ping pong table, large screen tv, Play Station 4, electronic basketball shooting game, and corn hole). There are 3 bedrooms (King bed, Queen bed, and bunk bed) and a sleeper couch. (Host also provides 2 air mattresses if needed.) The 20x40 indoor/outdoor porch has an 8-man hot tub, seating area with indoor fire pit, table and chairs for dining, and a large Blackstone grill. There's an outdoor above ground pool with a fenced in back yard. Lake Erie is a mile away with fishing charters and fish cleaning station less than a mile away. Cedar Point Amusement Park is 32 miles away.

This place was perfect. The Vrbo didn't include any pictures of the outside of the house except for the garage but with the inside pictures and the 10/10 reviews my family and I took the leap. Turns out it isn't actually a house and for a second you find that odd and then you think about how genius that really is. It is a huge metal garage! The game room is huge even though we didn't utilize more than the tables for board games and such. They gave you stacks of table and chairs to throw a party. We spent half out time out there!The pool and the hot tub are perfect and we really appreciated it being inside so that we didn't have to contend with the bugs when we soaked and sat around eating and talking at night. Yet we were able to throw open all of the garage doors to make it "outside" during the day.The beds were comfy and my only thumbs down would be that the number of people listed includes blow up beds which are fine for a night but a few nights isn't the greatest.One of my kids ended up on one and was miserable on the night it deflated. I would say 7 - 8 max comfortable and that would be 3 sets of people sharing (which my kids did not all want to do. King, Queen and a double with a bunk top and a really comfy couch that has sheets. In a pinch you use blow ups not for your vacation. Also hated no TV in bedrooms. We wanted lay in bed and watch and ended up on our laptop. But so clean and comfyKitchen beautiful with everything you need - including spices!

staid at bobs house with 4 adults/3 kids- soo much space, very comfortable beds. loves that there were extra blankets,all bath towels and beach towels and linens were provided.. having a pool and hot tub was amazing! also there was several places to hang out in- rec room where we played card games, ping pong, cornhole and video games, outside patio and family room. had such a great time- bob was super helpful and kind! def will stay here again!

Large place perfect for big gatherings

Well appointed, large kitchen. Two big bedrooms with comfy beds and a third bunk room perfect for young people. The rec room was awesome! Several tables and chairs provided that made having a large family gathering so easy. There are three more queen sized air mattresses that fit perfectly in the rec room for additional sleeping. Really appreciated linens and blankets being provided for all sleeping spaces. Property manger was very easy to communicate with and always timely. Surrounding area had nearby places for dinner, fishing, and quick groceries.

Fishing trip

It's really nice pool Barn that is secluded but is conveniently located to where it's only like a 5 minute drive to everything you want to do from fishing to get into the jet express for Put-in-Bay and the home has all the amenities that you would want hot tub swimming pool rec room had a blast

Amazing! 10/10!

Beautiful place. New, open floor plan, very clean, stocked well, quality furnishings, furniture and cookware. Game room Was phenomenal for the kids. Pool and hot tub were great and the back patio opens up to enjoy the outdoors. Many towels Provided. The owner was so kind and quick to answer any questions. My favorite vacation home thus far! Highly Recommend! Will book again!! Great for smaller or larger groups. Close beach access. Loved it!!!

Great place for family gathering

We enjoyed our stay. We had 7 teens and 4 adults. There was plenty of space for the kids to have a place to hang out and play. ping pong, they brought spike ball and played it, and played video games. Everyone loved the hot tub and the pool was a nice way to cool off. I would definitely recommend this place for a large gathering. It is in the middle of the a field but everything is within a short driving distance. The host was very friendly and responsive. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed. We would definitely return!
