Open-concept living and dining — the layout that makes groups actually work. The kitchen is fully stocked: a drip coffee maker, a French press, ground coffee ready to go, full cookware, and enough counter space for a real group breakfast before a long day on the river. Smart TV, fast WiFi, books, and board games for the night, everyone's too wiped to move.

Most groups migrate outside within an hour of arriving and stay longer than they planned, and honestly, I get it — there's something about this yard at night with the fire going and no particular reason to go back inside.

If it's just the two of you — fire lit, no agenda, the gorge a ten-minute drive away for tomorrow — this is the version of the trip you'll want to come back for.

**Traveling with dogs?**

Dogs are welcome here — but I require prior approval before you book, so please message me first before completing your reservation. Pet fee is $40 per dog per night, max 2 dogs. A Dog bowl, a water bowl, and pet blankets are ready when you arrive. The yard is fully fenced, with one section that runs a little lower than the rest — most dogs are completely fine with it, but if yours is a jumper or under 15 lbs, plan on supervised yard time rather than leaving them out unsupervised. Full private access to the entire home: fenced backyard, fire pit, charcoal grill, deck with string lights, washer/dryer, driveway parking for 4, keypad self check-in, starter supplies, curated local guide, books and board games. A few owner closets are locked.

• Bring your own firewood or charcoal for the fire pit and grill
