The spacious king master suite offers a full ensuite with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms provide ample space: one with a queen bed and TV, and the other a bunk room with a pyramid bunk bed and a standard bunk bed, accommodating up to 5. These rooms share a conveniently located full bath, and a walk-in laundry room with built-in cabinets completes the interior.

Relax in the hot tub from 6pm-midnight daily, and the pool can be heated by advance request for $75/night or $500/week. Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.
