“Older motel, but clean and well maintained. Reasonable walk to the beach.”

“The person behind the desk was nice, the room was ok but the breakfast was a joke. "Continental Breakfast" was low fat milk, some yougurt, ceral and muffins. There was a waffle maker but the machine that would dose the waffle batter was broken. No juice and really weak coffee...”

“It is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived. However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.”

“Expedia’s description said our room would have a stove to cook on but when we arrived that was not the case. The hotel said they couldn’t fix it because we booked through a third party. The lady at the desk every time I went by or called was not friendly at all. We did have a fridge, microwave and a few dishes but no dish soap was provided. We had to buy our own dish soap because even after asking they never brought any. They also took all of the dish rags and never gave us another in return....

“Vi booked a room through Hotels for five adults and came to the hotel late night - we got a small room with two queen beds but nowhere for the fifth person to sleep. Asked for an extrabed but they were out of those. They said we could book another room for one person instead. I think if you are able to book for 5 adults at your hotel then you should be able to supply a bed for the amont of people booked.”

“Staff were delightful Very clean/comfortable Amenities more than sufficient Quiet Very walkable to beach AND bar/restaurant 1st trip to this town, when we return, will stay here. Definitely economical and worth much more than the price!”

“Oceaneer is a great place to spend next to the Ocean. Great staff, Great pool, close to beach, beach view over dune, clean, recently renovated and nicely kept, just can’t beat it for $”

“I thought the front desk staff was great. They did what they could to resolve the issues. I had problems first night there. There were people running up and down the stairs til 3 am. I also spoke to the maid about cleaning my room and gave my room number to the front desk to be cleaned but they didn’t clean it. There was a roach in my bed and crawling on the wall. The breakfast staff was helpful.”

“The hotel was nice, but not up to the expected standards. There was only one elevator working, the breakfast was fair, the pillows were miniature, and the A/C was noisy. Theses are minor, I know, but somewhat agravating. The guest, (which was not your fault, were slaming doors until 2AM.”
