Nice and clean place with a few housekeeping issues

We enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the location to the beach and overlooking the canal in the back. We appreciated the bikes, wagon for the beach and boogie boards provided in the storage room. But we had a few troubles with the property listing stating 1 king and 2 queen beds but the property actually has all king beds. Although this is nice the sheets provided did not fit the beds. So we had to call OIA after hours to have them bring over new sheets which they had to do twice because the first time they were still following the listing. Also, the outside shower was turned off which would have been nice to have. When the repair man turned it on, the pipe was cracked and it sprayed everywhere and he put on a temporary hand held nozzle which looked to have been pretty beat up and did not connect to the wall. Overall the place is nice and in good location and OIA comes over within an hour of when you call them. But correcting the listing with the proper bed sizes is beneficial to prevent the headache of not having sheets for the beds.

We loved our stay at It Depends. Our favorite part was out by the dock trying to capture crabs. Our kids loved seeing them and caught a few crabs and hermit crabs in buckets. The walk to the beac was easy and there were 2 wagons provided. The kitchen had everything we needed and the couch was comfortable. The main king sized bed mattress was firm. We also absolutely loved the outdoor shower! We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Beach fun

Your property was located in a great spot. The bicycles were a great way to get around and was glad to have them. Although one was broke. The trash people never cane and picked it up outside and the linen bags stayed their all week also. We would definitely come back to this place.

Good but cleaning needs more attention.

Our overall experience with this property was good! The home was inviting. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The home was exactly what was described online. However I think the property management needs to do a better job at making sure the cleaning service is actually cleaning. There was a lot of dust under furniture, the grill was not cleaned before we arrived. One of the bathrooms needed some attention. However, they were very responsive whenever we contacted them. I gave this listing four stars only because of the cleanliness. Otherwise it would have been a five because we did enjoy our time at this home.
