"Mine, mine, mine" is a recently remodeled 3 bedroom/2bath home, including all new windows/sliding doors, exterior siding, sheetrock & insulation, porches, AC unit, kitchen with farmhouse sink, stainless appliances, large pantry and silestone counters. Ceiling fans/lights in living and dining areas as well as each bedroom. Oceanfront bedroom has a king bed with sliding doors to the oceanfront porch. The middle bedroom has 2-sets of bunk beds. The streetside bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and vanity). The main bathroom is oversized with a tub/shower, toilet and vanity with ample towel bars and hooks. The living room couch is also a queen sleeper. Living room and bedrooms include wall-mounted smart tvs and blackout curtains which help keep the interior cooler and facilitate midday naps or rainy day movie-thons.
Sheets/towels are included in the rental price. Renters are responsible for making the beds and ensuring all sheets/towels that arrive in the canvas bags from linen agency are returned to the canvas bags upon departure. All mattress pads, pillows and blankets/quilts stay at the property. Fees will be assessed for any missing linens.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to whip up fabulous meals and includes a french-door fridge, dishwasher, glass top stove with a high-powered vent fan, a Mr Coffee, a Keurig, hand mixer, toaster, microwave, and ceramic coated pots/pans. Seating includes a silestone peninsula with 4 bar stools and a dining table with 4 chairs and bench seating for 3.
Relax in the rocking chairs on the oceanfront deck - shaded under the porch or catch some rays on the sunning deck. Easy beach access is in the adjacent lot immediately to the west, roughly 20ft from the base of the oceanfront stairs. Wash off the sand and suntan lotion in the enclosed, outdoor hot/cold shower under the house.
The home is equipped with high-speed wifi, smarthome technology including Alexas, Roku's on each smart-tv, smart thermostat and upgraded washer and dryer. Contact sensors are on each entry point (doors&windows) and the AC will NOT work if any doors or windows are left open. If the sensors or the smarthome are tampered with (including removing sensors/batteries or disconnecting system) you will not have AC and will be subject to a $150 service call.
Blink cameras (7 total) on the exterior of the home are required by insurance, for both guest and homeowner protection. 3 cameras face the driveway, another underneath the house, one at the entry door and 2 on the oceanfront porch. If the cameras are tampered with you may be subject to fines and/or removal from the property.
The home is equipped with many thoughtful extras including toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, coffee filters, garbage bags, blow dryers, hand soap, paper towels, napkins, flour, sugar, salt and pepper.

Come visit one of the best beaches in Brunswick County North Carolina! A fantastic south facing beach with lake-like waves lapping at the shore. The Oceancrest Pier and Island Way Restaurant are a short walk down the beach. Outstanding food options are all around. Don't miss Salt64 (KTs chicken or the filet mignon are favorites and don't miss the chocolate cake), the BBQ House(everything is fantastic), Pepperoni Grill (Carnalicious pie is the best), Falcone's Italian, and you must go to Burney's Bakery in Southport for deep fried, cinnamon sugar croissants.
