“Excellent level of communication leading up to and during our stay. Our room was adorable! Though the room was small, it was very well planned out and completed every thing needed.”

“Nice staff. Continental breakfast was perfect. Great location between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Restaurants next door. Room floor felt a little dirty and wasn't able to use the pool due to chemical testing.”

“It is very nicely located by the beach. They were friendly and helped us with codes that we hadn't received before, the same evening we arrived. However, the floors were really dirty and the main room reeked of urine. We couldn't air out the stench and had a hard time being in the room.”

“I throughly enjoyed my stay. This was my first visit to Oak Island and I will go back. The room was very clean. I didn’t need the staff for any issues but they were great at check in. I also didn’t go to the pool so I’m not sure how that is. The parking lot and the hotel itself seemed very well maintained. I loved the short walk to the beach. I do think my tv was possessed. Lol. Seriously though I think the neighbors remote was turning mine on and off. I couldn’t get my remote to do anything but...

“Our “river view” was blocked by overgrown bushes and foliage on the property behind us. I wish we had been on the third floor. The room was very clean.”

“This was by far one of the best stays we had at the beach. The room and property looked almost new and so so clean. The pool area was amazing, fenced in and you could always see a member of the staff come in and ask if anything was needed. They always had a nice big coffee/espresso/keurig machine that I looked forward to every morning. Best part was also the beach walk was very close and only a couple of steps into the beach/sand area. “Vi booked a room through Hotels for five adults and came to the hotel late night - we got a small room with two queen beds but nowhere for the fifth person to sleep. Asked for an extrabed but they were out of those. They said we could book another room for one person instead. I think if you are able to book for 5 adults at your hotel then you should be able to supply a bed for the amont of people booked.”
