Just steps from the ocean, with a beautiful, private saltwater pool (not heatable) to enjoy, "Seaside Shenanigans" is your perfect island getaway. Located across the street from the ocean, with beach access only two houses over and ocean views from the house, "Seaside Shenanigans" is also conveniently just blocks from Middleton Rd and the Swain's Cut Bridge. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that was recently remodeled including new appliances, beds and mattresses. It is furnished with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and 3 twins. Enjoy amenities such as wireless internet, Cable TV, Blue-Ray DVD players, TVs in all the rooms, a fenced in yard, a grill, an outside shower, games, books, and toys. Even with the beautiful beach at your disposal, you'll find what keeps bringing you back is the refreshing, private, and peaceful saltwater pool right in the backyard.

It is certainly no accident that you just stumbled across this gem! This 3 BR, 2BA beach home is conveniently located in the heart of OKI just two blocks away from the beach access(just a 3 min walk). “Accidentally Ours” is charming with big, beautiful oak trees in the front yard and cozy on the inside with vibrant beachy colors. If you are looking to relax and have some fun, "Accidentally Ours" is the place!

As you enter the front door, you are greeted by a vast screened-in porch furnished with a large table and plenty of seating- great for meals or to enjoy your morning coffee/afternoon beverage. Continue to the inside of the home and you will find an open concept boasting a comfy oversized couch and loveseat with a beautifully appointed, updated kitchen outfitted with all new appliances and countertops. The home has two sets of Twin bunk beds in one room, a Queen in another, and a King bedroom with an attached Master Bathroom. After a day at the beach come back, clean off in the hot/cold outdoor shower, and unwind. The back of the home has a newly created screened-in game room area complete with a ping pong table, darts, an outdoor refrigerator, microwave, and bar seating for 4. The backyard offers privacy and there is plenty of space to play a game of Cornhole, Bocce, croquet, or just toss the ball around. Additionally, the back of the house offers a great deck with table and chairs. Centrally located just off of Oak island Drive, this home is only a quick 8 minute walk to the Oak ISland Pier and close to many of the shops and restaurants in Oak Island.
