    Let all of your oceanfront dreams come to fruition when you book a stay at Pelicans Penthouse! This updated, top-floor condo is located in beautiful Caswell Beach, right across from the Oak Island Golf Course. When you aren't paying a visit to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Yaupon Fishing Pier, simply sit back and take in marvelous sunrise and sunset views.

    Inside Pelicans Penthouse, enjoy utilizing the well-appointed kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV. Each of the condo's bedrooms is equipped with its own TV and remote-controlled ceiling fans. From the primary bedroom, enjoy ocean views and an en suite bathroom.

    A focal point of the condo is the oceanfront balcony where you can sit any time of day and watch the waves crash, the dolphins play, and the seagulls fly. Additional exterior perks include a convenient ground-level storage closet with six beach chairs, two boogie boards, a skimmer-board, and two umbrellas. Sand toys and beach games for the kids are included in the closet, too. An outdoor shower and foot hose are available to wash off the sand after a fun day spent on the beach or in the community's pool.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Great location, wonderful view of the beach. We appreciated The many beach toys and chairs to use. Condo building was nice and quiet and condo was in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property! The views were stunning and the condo was perfect for our family! I liked that they had umbrellas, games, books! They do have beach chairs, but they were covered with rust that got all over us the first day we used them, so we ended up buying some. We'd definitely stay again!

This place was perfect! Location, cleanliness, listing accuracy, all amazing. Was so excited to learn you can watch bothe the sunrise and sunsets from the balcony! The only thing that was an issue, its hatd to get a hold of them via email or text and the code to get in was a 10 digit code. We had to google how to use the lock. Otherwise, this place was perfect!!

Great getaway!

My wife and I try to get away every year for a few days to recharge. This was by far our favorite stay! Loved the property, location and the decor of the unit. Very relaxing vibe and so quiet. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean is something we'll look forward to doing again next year!

We had a wonderful four day getaway during the winter and loved the condo. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 small kids). The little extras (dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo in showers, books, games, and what looked like a brand new high chair) made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended.

Great condo

Very clean, extra towels, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, great views from balcony. The only downside was all the steps since was on the top floor, so anyone with medical issues should not get this condo, but perfect for us! Highly recommend!

Ocean isle beach is beautiful we had good weather. The best thing was that we had a great view of the beach and it was easy access to the beach however, I could not sleep on the bed. And that is why we left after three days. We did not stay all four nights. I am glad I had my yoga mat, and I had to sleep on the floor as the bed was just not right I experienced a lot of discomfort. Secondly, nowhere on the website it said that our assigned room 215 was on the second (but really the third) floor or I had to go up four flights of steps, a total of 34 to 37 steps each time we went up; another thing is that there was only one toilet and there were two showers. The second shower was in the bedroom without a door and without an exhaust fan, so after we took a shower, the steam would accumulate in the bedroom and then we would need to open the sliding door to let the humidity out. And the outside screen was compromised / bent so we really didn’t want to leave the screen open to prevent any bugs from coming in.
