Private Caribbean Bay in-ground pool, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill. Beach access is just across the street and one house to the left. Two covered porches and two open decks with plenty of furniture for the whole family.

Reverse floor plan with half bath in kitchen, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, marble countertops, marble tile flooring in baths. Stainless steel appliances, two ovens and beverage cooler. Top level has a pool table, table board games and 360-degree views of ocean and marsh. Five TVs with basic cable, DVD/VCR combo, wireless internet access.

Ocean side master bedroom with walk-in closet, attached bath with double sink and step-in shower and half bathroom in additional bedroom.

Our overall experience at this property was not great

We checked into Treasure Chest property in Oak Island on Saturday, April 1, 2023. The pool and back deck areas were very dirty. I reached out with multiple emails and phone calls without any prompt response to address concerns. The pipe to the outdoor shower was broken and not working. The TVs in 2 of the rooms are not working, the patios were not clean. We picked this property because it was advertised with private backyard pool. This is deceptive if the pool is not functional or in unsanitary for human use. I was told the maintenance manager will reached out because I demanded some refund /compensation since we have not been able to have the pool for 2 and half of our 4 days stay and never heard anything back. They finally came to clean the pool after multiple calls but never received any emails or call apologizing or addressing our compensation request for not being to use the pool till after 2 and half days. This shouldn’t have happened in the first place but also the fact that you have been reluctant to address or even reached out was really disappointing. The inside of the property was very clean however with lots of space for kids to play around and games to keep them entertained. We don't plan on renting from this rental company for any future vacation.

Overall great place! Love all the upgrades and the living space on the top floor. Beautiful view of the ocean. Would have liked the pool to be heated.

Look no further!

I was hesitant to book this because there were no reviews on it.. however we can’t say enough great things about it. The house is right across the street from the beach with easy access. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off and the pool we used very often, especially with kids. We did wish the pool had some sort of umbrella for shade but that wasn’t that big of a deal. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath on the first floor are clean and spacious. The kitchen/ living room/ pool table/ half bath upstairs are great and the view is even better. We sat on the porch often in the rocking chairs. There is a keurig and a coffee pot.. we wanted to use the coffee pot and it wouldn’t work. I emailed the rental company and within an hour we had a new one arrive for us. They were great to work with and responded to emails almost immediately. If you’re looking to grill a lot of food, the grill is by the pool and is small and charcoal. It could work for a few people but we had a somewhat larger group and ate in a lot so we were glad we had our blackstone grill with us instead. Checking in and out was extremely easy. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back again!
