“Nice bed and shower. Staff friendly”

“Close to University of Chicago. Our room had holes in the carpet, a broken window shade, and a cabinet door that wouldn't close.”

“the room was not well kept and the furniture is in desperate need of updating it's all scratched or peeling. the mattress had reddish brown dots on it which leads me to believe it is bedbugs. though the front desk staff was kindly, I could in no way stay there. it was disgusting and I was itching. Since I was only there because of a medical issue and had to wait til the next day to fly out, there was no way I would get good sleep or a nice shower with all of the stains on the bathroom ceiling I...

“The stay was very accommodating and comfortable. We loved it!”

“Very clean”

“Excellent hotel, great rooms, fantastic staff, location cant get any better. The pool was great coming back from our very very cold walks every day in and around the beautyful city of Chicago. We’ll come back! Thank you! ”

“Hi Chicago was a great hostel exceeding my expectations! It was very clean, comfortable and had a big hangout area and kitchen. Every bed had their own lamp and socket and the shower and toilet was always clean. Getting free breakfast was a huge bonus! Loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone”

“Proffsig service rent o lyxigt med ett kanon läge”

“Please do not book this place, it is simply not worth it. I got held against another guest who did not pay their deposit and convinced me that she was waiting for someone outside who caused a scene and broke stuff. As result I am not getting my deposit back for something I had no control over. When cops showed up and heard both of our stories, they even said it was a definitely a scammy property. TKAE MY ADVICE PLEASE.”

“Hotellet är knappt OK - rummen är rymliga men vårt rum hade ett fönster rätt in i en tegelvägg. Vi bad att få byta och fick då ett med 10 m till tegelväggen. Det som irriterade mest var att det bara städades och bäddades var annan dag - utan att detta hade förmedlas. Frukosten som ingick var inget vidare och långsam. Men värst var ändå oljudet från tåget som går precis förbi hotellet. Läget är bra - men inte ett hotel vi kommer att använda igen”

“Ja. Men den lät något. ”
