Offering three fabulous sites, our property is a peaceful and convenient place to relax while exploring the beauty of the Sierra Nevada. Sitting just a few hundred feet higher than downtown, all sites give you a beautiful vantage point to take in the stunning sunsets as they unfold over Oakhurst.

We’ve created a space where you can slow down and unwind. Freshen up in our indoor bathroom and shower facility, cozy up around a fire pit, and soak your cares away in the relaxing two-person hot tub (available in premium site #1).

And when you need a little pick-me-up, stop by our coffee bar, conveniently located in the entry/changing area of the restroom and shower facility. A small microwave is also available for light reheating and, of course, making popcorn—popcorn is provided!
