American Dream is the ultimate Deep Creek getaway, offering comfort, convenience, and incredible amenities for your next vacation. This 5-bedroom, 5-bath retreat combines mountain views with lake access just a short drive away, giving you the best of both worlds. Plus, it's dog-friendly—welcoming up to two well-behaved pups to join the fun! Inside, you'll find central air, a warm gas fireplace, and a classic wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings. The main level features a spacious king suite, while the upper level offers another private king suite. On the lower level, two additional king bedroom suites and a queen bedroom provide plenty of space for family and friends. This level also boasts a relaxing sauna and a fun game area with a pool table. Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Fire up the propane grill, gather around the firepit with seating, or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Centrally located near all of Deep Creek's attractions—including Wisp Resort, restaurants, shops, and outdoor adventures—American Dream is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. All Pet Friendly homes have a 2 dog limit; all other animals are prohibited. This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. This home has a maximum of 5 parking spaces.

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
