The property was fine, the included breakfast was good. Staff don’t allow you to bring food to room to eat. Not friendly. Front desk employees were very nice however. We couldn’t find parking close enough to our room, I am handicapped and my son drove his car and I forgot my plackard. We parked in a spot that was not marked do not park , but a cone was there. We chose to park since no sign or painted curb. Manager was very rude to me and spoke to me like he was chastising an employee. We were there that more morning for my ex hubbys funeral and my sons dad. Didn’t need that behavior that morning even though I kept apologize but didn’t seem good enough for this man.

The head sprays mist and floor gets wet. The carpets are buckling. Front doors aren’t locked at night. There is a key access to be able to access entry. Security had to kick out someone who just wondered in the lobby. Ice machine was all the way in the back on first floor. Would be difficult for elderly or disabled person to get ice.

We did make a reservation and they canceled it. When we came at 3am in the morning the front desk guy said it was canceld at 12 am. We drove 8 hours and we were frustrated that theres no room available for us?. We love staying on LA Quintas locations every where we mostly go. This was a disappointment.

Booked last minute cause I was tired of driving. Overall the room was clean and quiet. There was a room playing some loud music after 10pm, but I just had the tv on to drown out that noise. Checking in and checking out was easy. Will book again when I'm in the area.

I have returned to this La Quinta a few times now. I really like this hotel. At check in, the lobby is clean, pretty, and very easy to navigate. They have snacks, drinks for purchase, and self serve coffee, tea and water. The check in staff is really nice. They were helpful when we needed to stay an extra night and they made adjusting reservations easy. By far the best part of this hotel is the FULL BREAKFAST in the morning with waffles! Also the Target shopping center across the street is amazing. The rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy. There’s a great pool and hot tub area with nice plants. I brought my dog, it was easy to take him out for a walk and they have some good grounds around the hotel. In summary, this place is great and will continue to be my “go to” when visiting Hayward.
